If you're talking about QS (I seem to remember that's what you play) you should know that balance is centred around automatch - in which there are incidentally plenty of counters to Orbital Barrage.

Yh in standard a t3 ability doesn't really threaten your eco, until well the game has reached T3. By this point the game is usually decided.

yes its decided. But soemtimes it isnt. And smart player sneaks fc to your base and kills your eco. And i dont play qs.

While the SM player is off trying to find gens clumpted together (he really fucking shouldn't) you should be hapily steamrolling his early T3 that is going to be boned without the get out of jail free card that OB is. When used on infantry.

What I'm trying to say it, OB is only imbalanced against gens if you were dumb enough to have all 6 touching each other. IMO this is simply horrid strategy and OB should be able to punish it.

As for killing LPs and single gens, if the FC orb bombs them, that was just a huge waste of the OB. The LP/gen can easily be rebuilt, as the loss of only 1-2 isnt going to hurt much, and the FC as now no longer capable of pushing entire armies out of a location for 4 minutes.

Then pls post a replay so i can lol . Orbital Bombardament is totaly wasted if it's used like that . That power is meant to be used to finish off a base/relic unit/distrupt a whole army . IMO if we're not talking about QS your complain is invalid . If you think that the SM ultimate weapon shoud have the effect of a falling blossom you're playing the wrong game .

And here's a better recepie get 2 Ecclesiarchal Servitor use deconstruct , this can be done in T1 not in T3.5 .
