Hello guys, long time since I have been here
Well, I have 2 problems with all of my DoW games. Number 1, my mouse flickers kinda. Like, I can't see it when I don't move it, and when I do move it it doesn't show up sometimes. And the bigger problem... my PC restarts (or sometimes BSoD, whatever it feels like) during a game, about 16min or so in. I am so sick of this, I want to FINISH a SS game online! Please help :help: Thanks.

It might help if post your dxdiag.txt and warnings.log.
If you don't know how to get them then read this http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=57900
Also could you run MemTest86 on your Desktop please? After you do this post your results.
Here is the link to MemTest86.

Sorry for the triple post... but please someone, it has been 2 days since this thread started. I do not expect someone to help, but I want someone to. Just put yourself in my shoes, you bought a new 40$ game, and now it won't run, restarts your PC losing data randomly. Sorry if I sound rude, I just want some guidance.

I don't see the MemTest results.

Also you might want to reinstall DirectX since the DirectX Files Tab: The file d3d9d.dll seems to be having a problem.

Hmm, according to the warnings log you posted the system ran into a problem rendering decals (little pictures of things like scorch marks that it draws over objects after you hit them). Have you tried turning off Persistent Scarring in the graphics options? It might not fix your problem, but it should be worth a try...
