CD Key Serious Problem

Okay, I just bought the Dawn of War Platinum edition. I went to install Dawn of War and Winter Assault and it prompted me for the CD Keys, so I inputted DoW CD key, then I went to put in winter assault's CD Key, I noticed it asked for 20 characters for Winter Assault, when the back of the manual only gave me 16. I inputted what was on the manual and it says it doesnt recognize it.

I was able to install the 3rd expansion however i cannot play the first 2 with the faulty CD Key that was printed on the back of the manual for DoW/Winter Assault.

Not a good way to get into this series if you ask me...

A bunch of platinum edition copies have misprinted CD keys, you need to contact THQ for a new key. Contact details are in the manual.

THQ can take anywhere between a day and a few weeks to respond, it really depends on how busy they are; unfortunately we are powerless to alter this process, so we all just have to hang fire until they respond :)

I bought the Plat Edition off of Newegg, and noticed that 2 of the customers had the same problem. He said he called THQ and got it rectified immediately. I called when I got my copy, because I had the same problem. The guy gave me a new key within about 5 minutes. Went very well and easy.
