Installing DoW: WA

so i've just boughten all 4 of the DoW games from Direct2Drive, and i've istalled DoW, Dark Crusade, and Soulstorm just fine. and now i'd like to install DoW: WA, but when i run the setup file the installer starts, but i get an error that says i need to install Dawn of War before installing this program.

anyone know whats wrong and how i can fix it?

So WA is not recognising DoW. There may be an error in the regestries. To check click start and go to Run. Type regedit and go. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE> SOFTWARE>THQ> DAWNOFWAR. Check that the install location for DoW is correct.

there is a DoW file under THQ, however there is only 1 registry its named "defualt" and its string lines are empty.

btw i'm running windows vista home premium

anyways i got WA to install, i unistalled DoW and then reinstalled it, and it is being recognized by WA, thanks for trying to help warrior
