"Some one has used your CD key"

Hi all.
I purchased Soul Storm around the time of release, it's quite a good expansion, i have been practising skirmishes to play on-line.
I started to play on-line 2nights ago, to my horror i keep getting kicked out of the lobby because:
"The on line lobby system has disconnected. Some one else has used your CD key".
Seriously WTF is going on, and how can i sort it out. It's beyond a joke. Every 5-10mins i keep getting kicked off, ussually in a game... PLZ HELP ME

Is the game a download or a retail CD. Also where did you buy it from and obviosly is it new or preowned?

My copy of SoulStorm was ordered from Amazon.co.uk, it was brand new and sealed.
Before any one asks, i havn't gave my CD key to any one.
What can i do to sort it out? I've heard Relic can't do anything about it...

I think your best bet is to contact THQ via the details on your manual.

EDIT: I forgot to say that i downloaded the no cd patch. I'm going to reinstall SS and see if it works like that. Thx.

EDIT:2: I just re-installed SoulStorm, to no success, some F'r is using a counterfit copy of my game. :help:

It could be that they managed to generate your CD key or it could be an error got the same key printed twice, either way you will need to contact THQ.
