I have been dealing with this problem for a long time. Recently, I deleted one of my Gamespy profiles in hopes that it would solve the problem. It did nothing. Anyway, I have checked my profile at gamespyid and I have all the information, and I try to log in and make a profile by those specifications, and it does not work. I want to keep a nickname I have, not just make a new one. I have had the same nickname in previous games that has worked fine. Please help.
