Re-installing Soul Storm after PC crash

Hello Tech-gurus,

I had to reinstall the whole computer due to some really stranges errors so after patching XP and all that yada yada it was time to reinstall Soul Storm. BUT i get this strange installation error:
Error Code: -5006 : 0x80070017
Error Information:

It's during the installshield wizard so the reinstallation does not even start.

Any thoughts? Please help!

Thants strange. Error Code -5006 : 0x80070017 normally occurs when there is a problem during the installation of an OS. Are you having problems installing anything else, including any previous games in the dawn of war series?

Just out of interest, do you have an ATI graphics card?
