Unable to install Patches

Hey. I have both the Base game and WA installed on but none of the patches work

The International one says: 1628 Failed to complete installation.

And v1.10 says: Patching Error: this patch is Incompatible with the language version of DoW on your system



Can someone please quickly tell me how to fix this

WA patches DoW up to version 1.40, so you dont need 1.10. The remaining patches are 1.41, 1.50 and 1.51. The easiest way to make sure you download the correct patches is to try and play online - it will keep sending you patches until you are up to date.

On another question, how can I play the game with no cds? My friend has this patch thing that I've downloaded but it wont work. I've extracted it but I'm unsure of where to put it.

NoCD cracks violate game EULAs and we dont allow discussion of them here.

However, you will find that after applying one of the patches (I think its 1.50) Relic removed the requirement for the disk to be in the drive while you play. So just patch up, take the disk out of your machine and play.

Unfortunatly my stupid brother took the CD's out of my hockey back and left them at my mums place so I can't play it tonight... so angry! Lol.

If the game is already installed then manually download 1.41, 1.50 and 1.51 and install them in order and you will be able to play without the disks.

Do you need Dark Crusade for what?

Patches 1.41, 1.50 and 1.51 are for DoW and WA, DC has its own patches.
