I've been following this for a while and find it fascinating. Could this be the brink of a new dawn for mankind? I mean, eventually? They talk about possibly proving alternate dimensions and other cool stuff. Could it be our doom? I personally think that this sort of knowledge might be what finally gets us to the stars and as fast as we (the human faction, er, race - it's the rts talking) learn, it could happen in as little as a few hundred years. I say this because I look back to just over 100 years ago and realize how quickly we've advanced. Amazing stuff. Anyway, thought this would be a fun topic.
