DoW Gold Digital Download installer + CD KEY

okay, i dished out the $20 and got the Gold edition (DoW + WA) digital download from GameStop, and the installer was a 2gb installer executable. My problem is i cant run the installer. I double click the installer and windows explorer freezes. I can run DC or SS at full graphic capacity and am running on Vista. Anyone else have this problem??

Edit: OKAY! new problem, I got it working but I can't find the CD key so i can use those races online... Don't say "on the package" or something cause it didnt come in one, it was a download. a LEGITIMATE download from GameStop. Any idea where my CD Key is?

You may be able to find the CD Keys by looking in the regestries. To do so;
Click start and navigate to Run. Type regedit and enter it. Now navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>THQ and your CD Keys should be in their representing folders under a file called CD Keys.

ok guys um, i finally found it but now i have yet another problem... when I run soulstorm it asks for the DoW orig CD Key, so i enter it and it says something about DoW is not properly installed... now ive tried reinstalling DoW gold and it still says that. Ive tried putting it on 2 differnt computers with the same result... how do i get this to work? The whole point of me buying the damn Gold Edition was for the 5 races to use in soulstorm :banghead:

Edit: OH and when I installed, out of 3 times it never asked me for a CD key for install, just when i run SS
