Profile Creating Trouble

When i start up the game it says to create a new login name. I put my name in and i hit create then the name just dissappears. It does not appear in the existing name box. I reinstalled the game several times and i tried deleteing the profiles folder and then booted up the game then that did not work then i recreated the profiles folder and still did not work. Could you help please?

BTW the Game is Dawn Of War Soulstorm

We cant help you if we don't know what your talking about. If you could provide us with some background info and what your trying to accomplish I am confident that we will sort this problem out in a jiffy.

This...uh goes in the Dawn of War general or perhaps Dawn of War tech support.

Very odd problem though, not sure what I would suggest. Have you tried uninstalling, and then installing again?

EDIT: Also, posting the same thread in 3 different forums is a bad thing. Especially when one of them is the wrong one.
