Help!!! about RND TOOLS for MAYA3.0

I have downloaded the RDN Tools for "Homeworld 2" and folow instructions. but when I open the sample files (\data\DataSrc\Hgn_C_Production_Fighter.ma), the psd files can't load.
error message:
1).Maya Output windows :
"Cannot open plugin C:/aw/maya3.0/bin/plug-ins/image/IMFPSD.dll..."
2). Maya Script Editor:
// File read in 0 seconds.
// Warning: Failed to open texture file C:/game/Relic/DataSrc/Subsystem/Hgn_C_Production_Fighter/Hgn_C_Production_Fighter_EXPORT.psd //

Anybody can tell me why this happened ?

......My PC: 2100+/512M; win2000+sp3.

Maybe you didn't place all plugins into the maya plugin directory... or they are corrupt...

no.. the plugin for the PSD one is corrupt / Does not work.. just do a search for it you'll find a working copy easy enough.
