[1.1.2] Game completed achievements won't unlock

Ok, so I managed to beat the game yesterday on the sergeant difficulty, and when I finished, the game failed to register the two achievements I should have gotten. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you solve it? I'm not sure whether it's a DoWII problem or a GFWL issue, so help would be appreciated.
