As the name implies, this forum is for completed mods for Dawn of War 2. As such, only mods that have reached a significant level of completion should be posted here... while you obviously don't have to abandon any additional work on the mod once posted, please don't simply call it "version 1.0" when it's only partially finished just to get more fanfare.
Any mod posted here gets a single thread; the old thread in the Mods in Progress section will be locked when the new thread here has been created. The mod team leader should create the thread for their mod, then PM one of the forum moderators in order to get the previous thread locked.
Should a patch or expansion cause major changes to have to be made to the mod, there is no reason to create a new thread in Mods in Progress; use the Completed Mods thread to let users stay updated with progress on the new version, and then either create a new thread when that version is released (remembering to PM a moderator so that they can lock the old one) or update the first post of the existing thread with the new version's information.
These rules are in place to help prevent duplicate topics as well as to keep threads with several finished versions of the same mod from becoming horribly long and complicated; we want discussions to be easy for people to read and keep track of.
