400/75. weaker than tacs considerably, and do not scale as well as them. both have same upkeep, but tacs have much more hp more firepower, mroe melee damage and can upgrade to many different weapons.
tacs 500 and take 15 pop.
kommandos 400/75 and take up 15 pop. has significantly less hp and firepower.
although kommandos can infiltrate, its not like tacs can't fight back.
serisouly 75 power is expensive. kommandoes are extremely fragile and meant to be glass cannons.
however they are not glass cannons.
they are glass but not cannon enough.
they should cost 40 power at most.
tacs upkeep need to be raised to 50.(25% more upkeep) considering they are in every department stronger and easily replaceable.

They could possibly use a reduction to the power cost, but that would just be pure boon in my eyes.
I love Kommandoz. Burna Bombs, Smoke Grenades, Love Da Dakka and Infiltrate on a respectably powerful base. Build at least two squads every time I get to T3, more if I've managed to lose everything else.
They do good damage to infantry targets, are pretty much guarantied a flank thanks to infiltrate and utterly destroy the other races detector units. Burna Bombs make cover a no go zone so they will never be shooting at an enemy in cover and the Infiltration defensive bonuses make them quite durable. They are very strong against enemy infantry, and if you make use of their abilities can handily defeat a Tac Squad in combat.
Nothing screams awesome like using Love Da Dakka to push things into Burna Bombs. Not to mention Love Da Dakka doesn't actually reveal you and uses WAAARGH so you can pretty much spam all their abilities at once.
Space Marine Upkeep was removed in the hotfix for the more problematic Popcap bug, it will be fixed next patch.

Actually, there are points in there you could address regardless of whether he plays 1v1 or not. And you cannot dictate who posts in your thread.
All I can say on the topic of Kommandos is that I don't see them used.

I would like them to be in T2.
Because right now they're only worth getting if you're Kommando commander and use the global call-in ability.
It's always better to get either Nobz (which are totally fucking sweet), or the Looted Tank, which costs less req, but 25 more power (which is also, totally fucking sweet).
Kommandos don't fit into the T3 equation right now, for me it's always a decision to get either Tank or Nobz, Kommandos have absolutely NO chance against vehicles, and Ork T3 is the only place where you can get decent AV.
Don't get me wrong though, Kommandos are an excellent unit, very versatile, though only against infantry. But they don't fit into T3, even if their cost was decreased.

kommandos are monsters, thier kustom shootas are great dps, and the nob does awesome dps also.
A smoke grenade turns is basically a globe of invulnerability. use it on them and no ranged weapons will hurt them for the duration. burna bomb + love the dakka = dead any squad you choose and 90% of the time you will take out a weapons team.
drop the power cost maybe 25 power, other than that they will drop the hammer on any infantry you want and win.
