Well......the famous title from a while ago made a comeback, though probably old news already.

Each ten days you get to fight a boss, but seriously this is easier than 1.
-Do the Survivors first to get better guns earlier.
-Aim at Overkill like that before.
-Rockets /w full upgrades=Infinite EXP.

Rescuing survivors may be fun but christ is the AI dumb, unless you stay really still and slowly guide them to your fort it refuses to work. So when there are hundreds of zombies meaning you have to erratically zap around meaning the guy usually walks in circles and you can't get him into yonder fort.

i gave up after the last boss, 6'000 kills, and 180'000 xp. ;)

This got boring fast. I mean I farmed zombies for a while and had the laser at day 4. Day 5 saw me wielding a fully upgraded laser, and from there... meh. Eventually I got to bad guys that took a little longer to kill, but then it just became standing in front of the base clicking randomly until I almost ran out of health.
Ok as flash games go, but not on the same level as that WWI trench warfare thing or Last Stand.

Trench warfare? Do you mean Warfare 1917?

huh. They Remixed an Escaflowne song into a zombie game.
weird.

The last boss zombie that rewards you 30k exp is pretty cool.

Curses... another time-waster! :slow:
- So is the tactic to just get that +5 exp skill and farm the 3rd zombie kill mission?
1. Go for survivor mission as it gets you most XP
2. Go again for survivor mission. Get the +5 exp zombine kill skill
3. Go again for survivor mission. Grab shotgun
4. Go for supplies or survivor BUT after completed sit outside your base, at the edge (not middle) of the entrance and keep blasting away until you have enough xp for the laser or RPG.
Those flesh flinging zombies later on are irritating!
Is the flame thrower any good?

Nah, that is a huge waste of time. Wait till some of the zombies that reward more xp come, stick with survivor missions and get the gauss rifle then gauss shotgun.

Off topic but Warfare 1917 and Mud & Blood 2 rock.
And this is alright.

actually the flamer with all upgrades is good for racking up multi kills against the glowy zombies (dance them in circles to get them to bunch up) and against the big spiders (it pretty much insta kills the three small ones in less than half a second after the parent spider dies
also, the ranged zombies are easy until the spiders appear, since they stop moving to fire. just wait, sidestep and blow their brains out (2x damage magnum one-shots them, IIRC)

I personally tried the Gauss Shotgun but it's not very effective cost-wise. The Gauss Ammo itself cost 35K exp which is, IIRC, even more than fully-upgraded Rocket Launcher.
With Triple Rockets and the blast provided after impact it's simply broken.
Oh, Flamer is useful and I use it until I get Laser. The initial handgun is good for the first few missions so you won't even need to buy other guns.

for some reason, i found the fully upgraded rocket launcher pretty much useless, even with triple shots, it just didn't do enough damage and it didn't seem to kill anything. then again i was always one to go for the one hit precision kills, so rockets are usually not my thing, and i suck at using them.

imo get the magnum asap as it 1-shots the first few day zombies and fires pretty fast, plus costs a token 200. Then you can save for whatever you like as farming to the max is pretty easy. Laser cannon day 2 baby :o
Another interesting factoid; the magnum overkills the basic zombies, making it even better for early days farming.

Dammit is it my imagination or does the faster rotating skill for you also mean that the zombies move faster? I got it and now the flesh throwing zombies are running around souped up on drugs!...

I kept playing until there were literally a dozen zombies on the screen at any given time, at least half of them fast or the throwing kind, then gave up.

Gauss shotgun is by far the best weapon, at least that's my impression after <10 days. And, I managed to waste about 4 hours on the damn thing just now. :|
Day 40 the dude just gives up and sends you out there without any missions. I kept killing to 15k kills and then stopped playing.

I prefer Laser over the Gauss gun as with the laser you only need to keep your finger on the mouse.
Uber weapon would be the shotgun with gauss bullets upgrade - the spreadshot is useful for those pesky little spiders.
Haven't tried the rest of the guns. Anyone know what does the turret do?

Lets you deploy an extra base turret where you please.

Played survivor, got to fight a grey monster zombie thing that shoots flesh like a freaking machinegun, flamethrowered his ass for like an hour 'till i died.

Circle-strafing with gauss shotgun and that sucker goes down easy.

A fully upgraded auto-shotgun is just plain borken. :nyah: I was able to cruise through all forty days in about an hour and a half; held off the rampaging hordes in the no-win endgame for about another ten minutes before the rapid-fire shotgun noise began to make my ears ring.

Same with me, I wanted to try the thing that looked kinda like the AA20 and oh boy was it awesome.

Meh, it was fun enough, just never hard. I dont think I ever went below about 75 health (once I had to 100 health perk).
Honestly, it's just to easy once you have upgraded weapons. Though it was fun for a while blasting away zombies with the laser rifle, fully upgrades missile launcher, and the Gauss shottie.
But like anything with pure repetition it got old after a while.

"Circle-strafing with gauss shotgun and that sucker goes down easy."
Well in the normal game yes, he's alone, in Survivor you're surrounded by hundreds of spiders, shooting zombies, those big slow dudes, etc, etc.
Played the normal game, Fully upgraded Rocket and Fully upgraded gauss Shotgun are obviously the best weapons, wich is a shame since the Auto Shottie is awesome. Imagine that with Gauss bullets.
