Using HW's music for freeware game?

Here's a question that I didn't know which discussion to place in. This seems to be the best place.
I bought the "Game of the Year" addition of HW, which comes with the soundtrack to the game. Suppose I'm writing a game (not for profit aka freeware). Could I include a couple songs from the soundtrack? Better question, what would I need to do to include a couple songs from the soundtrack?
