In the TT if someone was playing with a say lemon russ, would the lemon russ be able to fire all its wepons in a turn? (battle cannon, sponsons,hull wepon) or only be able to fire the battle cannon? or only use the sponsons and hull wepons :Slap: .

Depends on if/ how far it moved.

Then it could fire all its weapons. This is in the 40k rulebook, you know... :)

You can only fire a Ord. Weapon. Or you can fire everything else besides the Battle Cannon. If the tank has moved, it cannot fire its Battle Cannon but it can still fire one weapon.

yeah even if you dont move and you shoot an ord wepon you cant fire the rest

Now with the new rules you can move 6 inches and shoot ordnance, but its like subject to a scatter two times normal or something, I'm not entirely sure.

I think a roll to hit is required instead. If you miss then the shot has no effect but if you hit it's resolved as normal (plus scatter). The 2D6 Scatter is for Guess Weapons (rather than having to guess, it seems you just pick a spot and roll 2D6 for the scatter now).
EDIT: Actually I think they did the same to moving Ordinance as with Guess Weapons, as the "Shoot on BS" was not very encouraging for BS3 Guard or BS2 Ork Looted Lemun Russes.
