How do i make a succesor Space marine Chapter (Dark angels i would use)

how do i make my own SM succesor chapter.

you will have to use the normal space marine rules from codex SM - there are so far no rules for creating your own chapter with extra rules and units, then you just pick a colour scheme, create a history and a background then off you go.

no problem - if you wanted to use special rules you could pick another chapter but use a differnt colour scheme, but still using same rules and point values. however some players are lamers with no friends and complain about that sorta stuff.

you can use the rules from codex SM and the DA supplements. After that, you can paint them any way you want to... as long as your opponents know you are using the DA rules, you are within the rules for even GT's.
