Catachans

I posted my catachan army list in a thread a while ago , and someone said he never sees catachans armys and mostly cadians, i live in a small town and play with a group of friends, we dont go to roug trader tournaments or none the like. I was just wondering if catachans are realy a rarely seen army?
if so i dont mind i like to be different. :duck:

I've seen a lot of games and to tell the truth I've never actually seen in IG army in action. So not only are Catachans rare for me, IG themselves are rare. Between my friends and I we have every army, chapter, Chaos faction, but we don't have anything IG. Kinda funny.

We have a few IG armies here as far as I can tell. As for catachans? You are not alone. I play them. Although they are only part of a muuuuch larger force including cadians and a few conversions of my own. I have a round 3000 points of them.

yeah guard armies are actually a rarity most people play a marine army, choas marine army or eldar i found. catachan players are very rare indeed, ive never seen one in a GW and neva seen 1 at a tournament, ive seen catchan models but not an actual pure catachan army chosen from codex catachans. i myself am i guard player by the way.
