cd authentication failed?

I just got my copy of dawn of war yesterday and when i try to make an account to play on line it says cd authentication failed!!! any one have any idea how to fix this? or should i just simply return it and get a new copy?

You could try again & check you typed it in right.
If it still doesnt work contact Relic & ask or something...
If they cant fix it take that copy & go slam it in the managers face & say u want a refund!! (i recommend u dont do that)
