Howdy.
I realize this isn't a bug, but it's still something that's keeping me from leading orks to greatness.
When I try to run the game, I get a "spoodge driver" not found.
I think that means I need to get new drivers for my g-card.
I spent 3 hours last night looking for voodoo drivers, and figured before I spend all night tonight doing the same, I'd ask you folks....
are the Voodoo 3 cards supported? Is there any way for me to play the game with this card?
and for the really computer sauvy.... My machine is a Gateway. Is the card replaceable, or will I have to buy a new PC?
Thanks folks, and have an orky day,

No, No, and You'll need to provide more information about your PC.

Ah, I'm likely off to get a new PC.
It's a Gateway 2000, made in 1997. Someone told me at a computer shop a while back that Gateways were not "upgradeable" unless you went through Gateway, that the parts coulden't be removed from the mother board. I can get more system info tonight and will post it here.
Thanks for your quick responce sir Uber,

The card should be replaceable. More often than not you can disable on-board video cards in your device manager and use a new one - the type of card you can buy, however, depends on what slots you have free on your motherboard. AGP is recommended and the most widely used - usually a board comes with at LEAST one of these, although I have seen morons like HP give their customers onboard video with absolutely no AGP slots on their 'state-of-the-art' motherboards.
Cards are available for PCI slots, but they are generally slower and are difficult to find. They are the 2-4 slots longer slots located beneath the shorter (often black) AGP slot(s).
As for your Voodoo 3 card, it is extremely out of date. Voodoo cards utilize 3Dfx or OpenGL - the former nearly completely obsolete, as 3Dfx, Inc. was absorbed by nVidia. The best advice I can give you is this; if you wish to play modern games, you need a new video card produced by either nVidia or ATI.
Edit: I just read how old your PC is - may want to think of getting a new one of those eventually, too. ;)

VooDoo 3's are not supported. Also, you will not find updated drivers for them as 3dfx was bought by Nvidia a few years ago.
As for your machine -- you would need to check the model # to make sure you have an AGP slot. Given that you have a VooDoo3 this is likely the case, but IIRC Tyan or Chaintech did make a MB with VD3 on-board -- but it certainly wouldn't be a common MB.
