I'm having problems playing DoW over the internet. I can log on throught game spy perfectly and get in to the online lobby. Its when i connect to a game after about 5 seconds of being connected it says i have been "forced out of the game" and this happenes no matter who i connect to so i know its not that i'm being kicked from the host because this happenes when i try to join my friends game as well. If anyone has a reason to this problem and how i could fix it it would be greatly appreciated.

Post your warnings.log file immediately after a failed connection attempt.
It's likely that UDP port 6112 is not forwarded/working correctly on your router or you have firewall software that's causing problems.
hey, Yea i'm on a network at university so i guess the problem is at there firewall is there anything i can do from my PC or am i pretty well screwed???

Well, it looks like the NAT negotiation is working, but it could be that your school's router is blocking some of the packets coming back... it might be reacting to the data that the game is sending in a not so good way.
You should see if others in your dorm/whatever are having issues with it.

well i know that some ppl can't get online with WarCraft 3 either but i don't know anyone else with dawn of war. Is there anything i can do from my room or does it all depend on the school??
