i know this is alittle off topic but when i ask in game spy chat i just get people spamming and so forth :fight: and i decided to ask here

You cannot play Dawn of War though the gamespy client. You must use the ingame interface to find a match using gamespy's services.

You can mute people in the chat channel by clicking on the second icon from the left until it turns into a Red I.
