please insert the oringal disc instead of backup???

hi all, any help would be much aprecitated, been playing DOW since it came out on my pc, yesterday i got a new sposedly better pc, went to put DOW on it, and after installing it i keep getting a message saying...

"please insert the oringal disc instead of backup. see www.securom.com/copy for more details"

whats going on?

Yep, that is securom acting up. Securom is the copy protection for the DoW CD. From the looks of it, it is not liking your CD drive.
Try using the CD drive from your old PC and see if that works.

well i would do but the other disc drive is still in use... is there any thing i can do to the new drive to get it to work

Contact Securom and tell them that you're having issues with your model optical drive when trying to play Dawn of War. They may be able to help you.
