I was playing a skirmish with orks earlier today, wanting to get a few screens of the high level units but I was interrupted & decided to save it. Later, I reloaded and saw the following

Look at the numbers in the 4 selected squads and then look at the unit cap, they differ quite significantly. It turns out the unit count had been zeroed. I built a few squads figuing that it'd reset the counter but they just seemed to start from zero.
On the theory that this was a freak thing I tried saving and reloading and seem to have replicated the effect as illustrated below:

I'm pretty sure this doesn't happen with other armies, can anyone else reproduce this, especially in multiplayer rather than skirmish? You can imagine how devastating an advantage it could be (even if very hard to arrange) for an ork player.
Strangely enough, the vehicle cap isn't reset. I suspect it's because the orks have a different unit cap scheme to the other races, probably something someone forgot to include or a typo or something insanely simple like that.
