I was playing 3 comps vs me and my friend under the chat room Gate of vale (Or something)
We destroyed 2 bases and suddenly I got the message
"Waiting for player ***** - 3"
"Waiting for player ***** - 2"
"Waiting for player ***** - 1"
"Waiting for player ***** - 0"
And then he dropped...
Thinking his PC crashed I continued with the game,
Going to college today I asked him if his PC crashed, but it seemed that we both got the same "Player dropped" message about eachother..... We could both continue the match but we left eachothers games.... This has happened a few times now...
Is it a bug or just simply diconnecting from the server?
Just wanted to inform incase it was something worse than just disconnection...

Can you get both of your warnings.log files from that game and post them?
What type of router are both of you connecting through?

Erm... Im not good on computers :D Im not sure what a router is exactly...
I am on broadband 700k+ and he is on the same if that has anythign to do with it?
We both played from our own houses....
Davuz, I'm having the same problem over LAN game. Myself and my buddy against 2 or 3 computers. After a random amount of time, we get the "Waiting for Players" screen and then he (or me) get's dropped. It's the strangest thing.

Nope, i can still continue playing after the player is dropped, and the only players it drops are peple connected to the game... I.e. Me and my friend...
We both dropped out of eachothers games, yet could still continue our own...

That is so wierd but from my time playing against the AI on the internet with other people, I have found people do disconnect, whether that be from this or another reason I don't know. I would be nice to know if they could infact keep on playing without us.
Like I said, I am having the same problem... It seems to me that Relic is stumped as well as I don't see anything in the Known Issues and so far, I haven't seen a solution. It's a shame as this game is freaking awesome and the multiplayer part was fantastic... until it droppped us. ;)

i'm getting the same problem as the OP... seemingly random drops... i'm playing with direct join/host, both me and my opponent are DMZ'd in our routers. here is my warnings.log file:
oh, and yes i'm embarassed that i'm on a duron 600, but the game runs ok -- and i am getting a new machine soon :)

If you were only two humans in the game it surely is possible that you both got the message.
If a player drops because he loses his internet connection (for whatever reason) he sees all other players drop and he himself can continue the game (and gets a "you have annihilated the enemy"-message) while in fact it's him who dropped, not all the others.

Happened a few times today aswell,
Was playing in a match, got that error and suddenly one of 6 players dropped
then hppened again, then we killed the last person and we won.. But 2 of 6 ppl just dropped... Was weird.
