cant get a multiplayer account

when i try to get a multiplayer account the screen just freezes i tried waiting a bit but that didnt work the only thing that work was the music

Check to see if your firewall is interfering with the connection to Gamespy.

how do u do that

First, turn off your firewall software, see if you can get into gamespy.

Alternately, see if you can add a rule to your firewall software allowing the wh40k.exe to connect out to the internet.
