Sync error network gaming

hi I got the following Problem:
If I host a game or if I am joining am game I always get a sync error and I or the players on my Server get kicked.

I patched the game and this are the entries in the warningslog:

I got a nforce 2 Mobo an 1GB ram and a gf3.

Are you K0t or is that someone else?

Did you install any mods?

No I am not k0t.
k0t is the guy who joined the game and has been dropped after 1min.

And no I don't have any mods installed.

It's most likely that one of you has changed data in the game files, either through a mod, or through a bad patch.

Try to re-install would be my first bit of advice.
