1 ghz Duron
~362 megs PC133 RAM
Geforce4 mx460 (actually underclocked some to make it more stable)
Windows XP Professional

And it said that the minimum requirements was a 1.4 ghz :bandit: , but I have to play with all the options either low or turned off, and it is still kinda slow.

I think it is about that time to upgrade....

Must be a graphics card issue. I have only an AMD 1500+XP and a 6800 GT card with most of the graphics option maxed out and have rarely any stutter.

Well, the geforce4 mx is kind of old ( I wanna say circa 2002), and back then it was a budget card, so I really dont expect any fireworks from games past 2003. Heck, Im just glad I can run DOW. I got the graphics card for free and recently replaced my old Radeon VE with it.

I'm on an Athalon Thunderbird 1400, but I have a GeForce FX 5600 and a gig of PC-2100, so I don't notice any slowdown either.

Kohan II, on the other hand, damned near locks my machine up during a big fight.

Damogag that's one of the worst case of bottleneck I have ever seen.
