Changed Location of CDROM letter?

When I installed Dawn of war I used my cdrom as my G drive, but since then I made an iso image of the first cd so that I can play using a virtual drive without the cd in my cdrom drive. The virtual drive is F.

Is there any way I can change my cdrom letter someplace so it looks at my virtual drive instead of my normal cdrom?? I'm assuming it is set in the registry somewhere. I would prefer not to use a no cd crack.

The drive letter shouldn't matter, if you have multiple CD drives you don't have to run it from the drive you installed it from, AFAIK. I'm guessing your iso image didn't quite work out.
