Here are the steps:

Working
I host a game with direct host.
Friend connect to my ip. passed no problem via my router to my computer with virtual server and dmz.

Not working
Second friend whant to direct connect to me... he can't access deny.

Problem:
Routeur can't handle 2 people via the same udp port 6112, wich is normal sinse it's the dmz and such that is controling it.

Solution:
how can i make my second friend connect to my computer via the 6113 that i will redirect to private port 6112, so both can play via my connection.

Answer - Do not play via direct host on the internet. Make a private Gamespy game and it will work.

That's the other sulution indeed but this is not what i whant to do. Why take the hightway and see nothing when you can take the outback road and admire the views.

The only reason to do a Direct Host game vs an online one is if you have a pirated copy of the game. The game runs peer to peer so there is no extra lag from gamespy.

The other reason is to explore and see all the possibilitys. They put someting in the game, so you use it. Pirated version is not our case, but discover how to do stuff other way then always following the easy path is my way.

If you use the NAT server from the routeur. will you be able to open everything for more then 1 user ???

Ok so you want to go out of your way to use a feature in the game that brings no added benifits but is a lot of extra work and you dont have a pirtated copy of the game? I am having difficulty believeing you. If you just want to play, you could do it. The only reason to do this is to get a pirated copy to play with you.

how about he may live in a country outside the US with crappy internet connection (like me) and the only solution is to have direct games with ppl in the local area?

OK, have you tried using gamespy? Forget about the outback road for a minute, please try to do it just for testing purposes. Can other people join your game when you host on gamespy?
