In a losing effort to keep my PC fighting fit as far as modern PC games go, I recently swapped My Nvidia GeforceFX5600 256mb for a new sparkly Radeon9800pro 126mb graphics card. I had hoped for a boost in performance, but the fact is when Dawn of War is running, the game seems to have had almost no improvement at all... This is almost soley when thing's get busy, and a swarm of units fill the screen. Is there any other way i can improve my PC's performance without getting a new one!? I was wondering if RAM would have much effect here, and if by buying more would make a significant difference?
My PC has a p4 2.5 processor, 512mb RAM, and the above mentioned graphics card.
