I paid for this damn game, I shouldn't have to keep my CD in the tray whenever I want to play it. What a pain in the ass this is. When will you game designers figure out how annoying this actually is for the customers?

About 10 seconds before they realize that it's not annoying in the least - 99% of games out there require this. Those that DONT almost ALWAYS require you to be connected to the internet while playing so that a foreign server can verify your CD key.
What's more annoying? Having a CD in the drive like 99% of all games? Or being required to be connected to the internet to verify you have a legal copy.
Or let me ask you this. Does your XBox let you play games without the DVD in the drive? How about your PS/2 or GameCube? Does your gameboy allow you to play the game without the cartridge?
In the end it's the most rudimentary way of verifying your game copy is legitimate, and actually the least annoying of most of them [and consequently easiest spoofed].
Hi, welcome to the forums. I think it's great you decided to come here and rant, but you could have done so in the appropriate forum. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess that "the game" is Dawn of War?
OK, I'm not really sure what you want at this point, there will be no asking for no-CD cracks here. Moving this to bug sub for now.

I read the rules, and I'm not going to say anything stupid that might get me in trouble.
That's what you meant to say, it just came out wrong, correct? -Moe
