Stun bug

I've noticed that when the assault terminators attack a land raider they stun it. It still fires back but is unable to move which can be a pain if they teleport assault terminators in to attack my land raider while im trying to retreat it. This may be intended but it seems unlikely. It's unrealistic and doesnt seem to happen with all of the vehicles. Anyone know anything about it?

Feature, methinks. In TT, Thunder Hammers have a similar ability. Though why it wouldnt occur with all vehicles is a mystery to me.
