Here we are again, where we see the wins i earned vanish into thin air. My first 2 games of today i won did not get onto my account and i am guessing they have just gone like they did last time which in total should of given me at least 120 points on ladder. So after i switch account and win 3 games...all of which disappear leaving my gaming day a complete fucking waste of time.
Don't give me crap about "update times" and "does it matter" i don't even want to explain again them things.

It's not really the number that matters to him, it's just that the system tries to pin you against players with similar ratings first. So if you have a higher ladder ranking, you are more likely to fight higher ranked players, who tend to be more competetive. Generally that means better games, which make you a better player.

It annoys me too. What really sucks is when the ladder is down, it still keeps track of your losses and the rank of people you lost too. And when they finally calculate the ladder adjustment, if you lose to a rank 1000 player for whatever reason (he may have restarted his acct, etc,) you will lose HUGE points as opposed to the small amount of points you'd lose from fighting someone who is similarly ranked. It's like a 25-30 point hit if not more when you are 1400ish and you lose to a 1000.

Yeah actually this has happened to quite a few players just today. Clanmates that played reported it, and I haven't had my win updated for over an hour now.

Relic please restore the stats system, it does make any sense play ranked game in this way.
