Uninstalling patches?

if i have installed the 1.20 patch, but is there a way to uninstall the patch or the contents the patch created without reinstalling the game? thanks for your response.

You need to reinstall the game, then patch back up to 1.10. Why would you want to remove your ability to play multiplayer? It's not like bugs were created with the patch.

my friends computer that we are setting up a lan to has only 1.10...i have 1.20. thanks for the help btw.

Then patch his to 1.2... that's far easier.
