Lost CD Key?

I just got done formatting my hard disk yesterday and was getting around to installing all my games today when I realized I have lost my manual and jewel case during my last move but still have the actuall game cd.

Anyway, is there any way to request a replacement cd key or get my old one back? I had registered and had an online account as well.
