Inferior Being

Yup; this is about the patch.
A long, long, long time ago; I posted something here, (Later moved to the Bug forum); that as soon as the enemy AI had upgraded a squad with a heavy weapon, or one of those Eldar platform things, they would refuse to fight back in melee using their close-combat weapons, and just shoot normally at their attackers until the carrier(s) of the heavy heapon(s)/platform(s) were killed.
And with 1% accuracy, they'd break in seconds, usually not surviving the pursuit.
This annoyed me greatly, as it looked so stupid.
I'd be all "Chaaarge!", but instead of being all :fencing:, they'd be all :sniper:. And then, of course, they'd be all :bricks:, and it wouldn't take long before they'd be all :sprint: , leaving me all :madashel:.
Now; I'm currently borrowing my copy of DoW to a friend, in exthange for his... special services. :luff:, and so I am pretty anxious, (Is that written correctly?), to find out.
So, I ask you who have the :new: version if you could tell me if this seems to have been fixed... please?
Thanks.
