Mission Editor problem with patch 1.3!

I've patched my Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War to 1.3, but now the
Mission Editor won't let me open my maps.
This is the message i get:

The selected file is out of all known mods.
The MissionEditor can only open files that are under the root folder.

So how do i get the MissionEditor work again?
Help is highly appretiated!

You have to wait about a week until they release updated mod tools as far as I know.
