Unable to use old nickname

Reformatted my computer yesterday, installed dow today, tried to get online with my details, but it says that my password is invalid, when i know its not, cos i only have 2 password i use anyway.. can u help? plz :weep: (name {LoC}Unleash) :howdy:

Have you changed your email address recently?

I found I could not log in with my account because even though the nick and password were correct I had filled in my new email address but the account was originally registered with my old email address.

When I changed the address to the old one again it worked fine.

I then went on to the gamespy site to update my email address.

If you haven't changed your email address then ignore the above.

im just goin on.. and goin straight to log in screen, where u enter password and user name.. i dont click on create a new user account..so i dont enter my email address

If you click on create new user you can see if your email address is entered and if it is you can see if it is correct.

nope its not there.. and i cant remember it... so ill have to make a new name it seems :(

Is it because you just made one up?

If you can't remember it you will have to create a new account because if you go to the gamespyid site you need to know your email address to get to your account information there as well.
