crashing problem while in game

I was playing a simple 3 on 3 with computers when in the middle of a battle the game crashed with a screen coming up telling me the physical memory was being dumped. the screen was blue at the top and bottom with a black in the middle. I have been looking for patches but do not know where to download them from. The THQ offers a 1.10 patch but it will not let me install it.

To patch the game you need to get 1.01, 1.10, 1.20 and then 1.30 IN THAT ORDER. The best way to do this is to connect to gamespy (multiplayer button on the main menu then "internet") - it will download the patches you need in the correct order and install them.

Is the crash you describe a one off or does it happen a lot?
