installed 1.10 patch and 1.2 patch wont install

I started installing the patches in the right order and it keeps telling me files have been changed or missing when i try to install 1.2

Uninstall the game, delete the Dawn of War folder and reinstall from scratch. Warning, this will kill your savegames, so back up your \profile folder before you do that.

You may have to check your registry to clear all the keys as well. Search for THQ, Relic, Dawn, and DoW. That should catch all the locations. Otherwise, do as Moe says and do a complete reinstall, then log into Gamespy and let it patch your game from there.

The uninstaller should nuke the appropriate registry keys for you, but it won't delete mods and other custom stuff you installed, so you will have to delete the DoW folder manually after the uninstaller is done.
