My computer specs are:
Proc. Speed = 2.8 GHZ (AMD 2800+)
RAM = 1024 MB, DDR
Graphics card = Geforce 6600 GT 128 MB
I can run DoW w/ the graphic setting all the way on high when playing against the computer (offline). It looks & runs GREAT!
I haven't really delved into online play too much so far. A few 1v1 & 2v2 games. I'm concerned about my computer slowing down if I play larger battles w/ 6 or more people. I'm worried that even though my game runs flawlessly now, it may slow down with many teams on the board.
Should I continue to play online games with my settings all the way up? Is what's ok for a few armies not ok for 8 armies? Or, if the game is running great now, it will run great with a large scale battle occuring on the screen?
I just don't want to get into a large scale battle and be the reason everyone's lagging. Thanks in advance for any help.
