Patch 1.4 and WA

I'm pretty sure that it has been posted elsewhere I just can't find the answer:

Do I need to install patch 1.4 to run WA?

or

does patch 1.4 come with WA?

To elaborate on the second yes - Tranj has said that the WA installer will automatically update DoW to version 1.4.
