Can't Download Demo

I have heard alot about DoW, and I'd think I'd like it. For some reason though, I can't seem to download the demo. It goes about 1/4 up the loading bar and then stops responding! Does anyone know how to fix that?

Have you tried using a download manager with auto-resume function ?

Some sites will have an auto-resume built into their own download program, which site are you downloading from ?

Do you mean that when you try to download it it you get about 25% and then it stops? In which case try a different mirror and/or use a download manager as Old Painless said.

Or do you mean that the installer stops responding? If so then defrag your hard drive and then start installing again, and if it freezes this time just walk away and leave it for 10 mins or so (even if it says "not responding").

Ive been using download.com, and they give one option normally. When it stops a quarter way, i have to go through that whole Alt+crl+del thing to do something else. A just defraged my computer i that didn't help, but i have never tried waiting... im very impatiant.

So this is happening during the install process not the download process?

OK - try waiting...start it off installing before you have dinner or something.
