Patch 1.4 Graphics Configuration- Empty window

After installing 1.4 I can't configure my graphic card cause the config window is empty:

After reinstall it is ok.

The problem might be related to this:
Real cause of the error is a missing folder in
<DOW root>\GraphicsOptions
where the folder "Data" was missing.
Simply creating it (empty) will solve this problem.

You say you reinstalled, does that mean it's working now?

That's the problem. Creating that folder should solve it.

Yup, I just culdn't wait to play so i have reinstaled whole game :).
