PLEASE, I could use a little help with patch

Hello,

When installing it says I need to have versions up to date.

I currently have the NOrmal DoW with no update patch.

Could someone give me a link to where i can DL the patches from.

And do i have to instal all patches by order....

i.e. Can i install 1.3 striaght away, or do i have to DL 1.1 then 1.2. etc..
