Error with single player and multi

When i load up the first mission in the order campaign I get a fatal scar error-execution paused message that stays on the screen and the only unit on the map is the command squad. Also my reinforcment timer stops at 8 seconds.

When I tried to do a skirmish the computer ai does not build any buildings or units.

some one please help

I got that error on last order mission when i finished it. Saved and loaded and watched credits. Beats me.
