(WA) Installation Error

One of my clanm8's has the following error

He has tried the following:

Reinstalled the whole game.
Delete all the replays/maps/mods.
+ Tried The "Safe Mode" installation


Any help would be Good

I've been having the same problems since last week, I emailed THQ and they tried to help with some update and it still didn't work...

Except with my crash, it tells me that i have to install Dawn of War and then when i press OK it brings me to that screen with the prematurely ended. Help!

Defrag HDD, run virus/spyware scans.
